Om traineeprogrammet

Arla Foods is welcoming talented, ambitious and global-minded graduates to join our unique graduate programme and pursue an international career. The programme consists of three rotations, each lasting eight months. At each rotation you will enter a new position and be responsible for a project or a range of tasks that are critical to the business or with direct impact on our daily operations. At least one of the rotations will take place in a location outside your home country.

We will challenge you to work both independently and in teams, to face complex business scenarios and to keep focus in an ever-changing environment. When you have successfully completed your programme, you will have developed the capability, both personally and professionally, to take on significant responsibility within our organisation.
