Scania Global Champion Trainee Program

Many of our leaders have started their careers as graduate trainees. Employed from day one, you will alternated between practical work and theory, broadening your competence and gaining vital skills such as leadership and intercultural differences. The program is in total 15 months long with a possible additional 3 month module within VWTB. During the introduction period you will have lectures by managers within Scania, study visits, driving theory for trucks and assembly practice. You will also take part in a common on boarding together with trainees from other brands within VWTB.
