Scania Global Champion Trainee Program
Through our trainee program you will become part of an international network and have the opportunity to develop into a future leader within Scania and TRATON Group. Many of our leaders have started their careers as graduate trainees. Employed from day one, you will alternated between practical work and theory, broadening your competence and gaining vital skills such as leadership and intercultural differences. The program is in total 15 months long with a possible additional 3 month module within the TRATON Group. During the introduction period you will have lectures by managers within Scania, study visits, driving theory for trucks and assembly practice. You will also take part in a common on boarding together with trainees from other brands within the group. The program continues with a number of practice periods, of which two of them will be abroad, and common activities together with the other trainees. After 15 months you will have a holistic view of Scania as well as the TRATON Group.

If you are specially interested in production and logistics you can apply for a graduate trainee position in Södertälje, Oskarshamn or Luleå.
