Om traineeprogrammet
The trainee programme starts in September and runs for 9 months and gives you a unique opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of SEB and build an extensive network.SEB have 24 positions placed in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Baltics and Germany.
The programme has three parts; common courses, individual development and on-the-job training. The common courses are divided into blocks throughout the year. Some of the courses included in the programme are: introduction to SEB, communication & negotiation skills and Personal development & self-awareness
All SEB trainees belong to a home unit during the trainee period. Together with an assigned tutor you will design a tailored education programme that will include everything from product development to field trips and practical work at units in both the home division and other SEB divisions.
Exchanges with other units in and outside the home country will be a natural part of the programme. In connection to the programme you also have an opportunity to work at SEB abroad
Utbildning
Degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science. Master’s degree, with a specialisation in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline. Degree in Law
Utland
In connections with the Trainee period SEB offer an opportunity to work abroad.
