We will give an introduction to Telenor as a company, our culture and our way of work. The Executive Management Trainee program is an important part of Telenor and past Trainees have taken crucial roles within the company. Our current Trainees will introduce themselves and talk about the Trainee program. We will end the presentation with some time to answer all of your questions.

Do you want to be a part of our future?

You will work in close co-operation with our CEO or a member of the management team for 12 months where you gain great insight in their daily work. You will get a unique opportunity to learn about our business challenges and leadership while still being involved in operational projects. As a trainee, you will be exposed to key stakeholders in the company and participate in a wide range of interesting activities where you can make an impact. You will set your own direction and grow professionally through daily challenges. 

To be successful in the trainee role you need to have an interest in getting to know our industry and be ready to join the transformation we are in! Openness to change is a requirement in our fast-paced environment. We expect you to be curious. We expect you to take initiative. And we expect you to be humble in your ways, but strong enough to challenge us when needed.
