Tele2 Executive Trainee Program

At Tele2's seminar you'll get to know more about our Executive Trainee Program, our industry, the Tele2 culture and what life is like being a Tele2 trainee.

We are looking for young talents with a desire to go further than far.

As a trainee at Tele2, you get the opportunity to follow and build a relationship with one of Tele2's management team members for an entire year. You will have a large responsibility from day one, supporting your management team member in their daily work.

Om traineeprogrammet

As a trainee, you will participate in our one year program, based at the Tele2 headquarters in Stockholm. There, you’ll work closely with – and be mentored by – a top Tele2 executive and their leadership team. You will become one of the closest colleagues to the Executive and this will give you a great opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the continuously evolving telco industry.

This is the job
The trainee is involved in the Executive and their respective leadership team’s projects and is expected to take ownership of tasks. These involve daily work tasks, complex business cases and projects which will impact the business going forward, creating a foundation from which you as the trainee can evolve and get a head start to your professional career.

The job will be challenging, but you will be filled with enthusiasm from colleagues eager to support you. The team spirit is strong and you will not be alone. It’s a year full of work, networking and laughs. When your trainee year is finished we will help you to find your next role in the Tele2 organization.
