Many talented engineers have launched their careers through ABB’s trainee program. Do you want to become one of them? “It is even better than I imagined,” says Sofie Johansson, current trainee in Ludvika. “The set-up, with three intensive trainee periods during the course of seven months, suited me well. The trainee program also includes a 3-6 month long international trainee assignment for the business unit where the participant has a set job placement.
