At IBM we offer two flavors of trainee programs, the IBM Service Associate Program, for you who want to explore a career as a consultant. We hire curious and talented individuals eager to apply their knowledge and perspective to challenging work that evolves industries and our world. As an Associate, you’ll be a part of client-facing teams as a consultant, developer, designer, data scientist, technical specialist or project manager to help businesses change the way they work. We prioritize ongoing learning, development of professional and technical skills, and continuous personal growth, all grounded in a culture of coaching and apprenticeship.
For you who want to kick off an exciting career within sales we offer the Sales Graduate Program where you will experience extraordinary sales, technology and industry solution training through a combination of classroom and online resources, hands-on field experiences, sales and structured support. We will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to make an immediate impact and achieve individual growth as a leader.
