IBM is on a growth path in Sweden and is constantly looking for young talents curious about how technology can transform businesses and impact the world for the better.
At IBM we offer two flavors of graduate programs:
IBM Consulting Associates Program
– for you who want to explore a career as a consultant. You will become part of a client-facing delivery team as a consultant, developer, designer, data scientist or technical specialist to help businesses change the way they work and become digital everywhere.
IBM Technical Sales Graduate Program
– for those of you who have a passion for technology and are excited to see how our clients’ and partners’ use digitalization as a driver and differentiator to succeed. You will experience extraordinary sales-, technology- and industry solution training through a combination of classroom and online resources, hands-on field experiences and sales, where you will be supported by our knowledgeable colleagues throughout your first year at IBM.
