At ABB there’s a perfect way to find out where you fit best – ABB Discovery! We offer permanent employment from day one, the chance to explore all our business areas, international assignments and much more.
The program is 18 months long and you choose your own adventure. You will pick 3 assignments, each 6 months long, where you get the opportunity to create real value and learn about our various businesses.

During your time as a Graduate Trainee, you can do both. Explore different business areas and roles, broaden your network, and find the perfect fit for you. Personalized development programs with targeted training measures will help you to enhance your skills continuously, and after you have completed the ABB Discovery program, we will assist you in attaining your career goals.
