Trainee at Vattenfall: find how you can join us on our journey towards fossil freedom
At Vattenfall, we believe that we need the brightest minds of the future to join us on our journey.
During our seminar, we will focus on presenting Vattenfall as an employer and discussing the various trainee programs we offer for young talents. Since we understand that choosing the right trainee program might be challenging, we will focus on highlighting the differences between the programs and explaining who can apply to them.
Furthermore, our former trainees will participate in the seminar and answer any questions you may have regarding the programs. Since the application period for our International Trainee Programme and Framtidsprogrammet is closest to TraineeDagen, we will focus slightly more on these two programs during our seminar.

International Trainee Programme
This programme is structured to help you to kick start your career, get to know our business and where your career could take you.
You will apply to one of our unique trainee positions and from day one, you’ll benefit from a strong and supportive network of colleagues in your team and on the programme. During the programme you will have a change to participate to different activities such as seminar weeks, assignments, hackathons, job rotations and individual coaching which are aiming to develop you personally and career wise.
After the programme you will have gained information, tools and connections within Vattenfall which will be at great help later on in your career.
IT & Strategy Talent Programme
Are you looking for a career where you can have a real impact on the journey to fossil-free living?
Our IT & Strategy Talent Programme will develop the individuals who can help us rapidly accelerate progress. You’ll work on some of the most exciting and important projects taking place in the industry.
It’ll be a steep learning curve, but you’ll get all the tools and support you need to take your career to the next level.
