Our IT trainee program offers the opportunity to explore Ericsson Group IT, working in areas such as Cloud, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Automation, and Software Development.
You’ll take part in technical or business-related projects that will provide you with a unique opportunity to explore new areas you may have never considered before. You'll be pushed outside of your comfort zone, allowing you to grow and advance your career. The program offers a steep learning curve through exciting projects and personalized development training. Together, we will discover where your passion lies within Ericsson and ensure that your work aligns with your goals and values.
This is a permanent position, starting with a one-year program. During the rotations, we will provide you with various opportunities to develop your career according to your field of interest.
