Get to know Ericsson’s Early Career Program
Welcome to this presentation about Ericsson’s Early Career Program, an 18-month global journey designed to accelerate the careers of recent graduates and early career professionals. The program offers participants the opportunity to take on real responsibilities from day one, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop both professional and leadership skills. Through three rotations, including an international assignment, participants gain valuable insight into Ericsson’s global business, expand their networks, and learn from experienced leaders. With two tracks Innovate, focusing on technology and innovation, and Excellerate, focusing on commercial and strategic work the program supports different ambitions and strengths. In this presentation, we will explore the program structure, development opportunities, participant experiences, and how ECP helps shape the next generation of Ericsson talent.
