The Power+ Graduate Development Trainee Program is Hitachi Energy’s global flagship graduate program, designed for high-potential graduates who want to accelerate their development and take responsibility early in their careers.
The program runs for 18 months and consists of three six‑month rotational assignments. As a Power+ Trainee, you are employed from day one and gain hands-on experience across different business units, technologies and working environments. You have the opportunity to choose assignments based on your interests, while being supported by experienced managers, mentors and a global trainee network.
The program exposes graduates to real business challenges connected to the energy system of the future, including electrification, digitalization and grid technologies. You will work in international, cross‑functional teams and collaborate closely with experts across the organization.
Power+ is designed to develop both technical and professional capabilities. Through rotation, feedback and structured development, the program prepares graduates for future key roles within Hitachi Energy. For many participants, Power+ is the starting point of a long-term career, closely linked to the competences needed to build the energy infrastructure of the next 25 years.
