Shape your future with Siemens Energy

The Siemens Energy Trainee Program gives you the unique opportunity to complete five different rotations, across various departments and areas. You have the freedom to shape the program according to your interests, ambitions, and career goals.

Beyond the rotations, trainees attend fairs, organize networking dinners, and participate in study visits to other countries to gain insights into different business units areas and perspectives. One of the rotations is completed abroad, with full flexibility regarding both the role and location. Siemens Energy truly empowers you to shape your own future while providing support through fellow trainees, buddies, and mentors.

Throughout the program, you build a strong international network by collaborating with colleagues, experts, and leaders from across the organization. The trainee community creates a supportive environment where experiences, ideas, and knowledge are openly shared. Regular training sessions, workshops, and development activities help strengthen both professional and personal skills while exposing you to a wide range of technologies and business areas. For anyone looking to accelerate their career, this program offers a unique combination of freedom, responsibility, and growth. It is an opportunity to explore different career paths, gain international experience, build a powerful network, and discover where your strengths and passions can have the greatest impact within Siemens Energy.
