As a Graduate Trainee, you'll embark on an exciting journey to explore our company, dive deep into our products, and expand your expertise across various fields. Our dynamic 14-month trainee program kicks off with an immersive, hands-on four-week workshop introduction. You'll then rotate through five diverse departments. The fourth period is spent abroad. Best of all, you have the power to shape your trainee experience by selecting the departments that align with your passions and career goals.
